About
I'm a UX researcher who loves figuring out how people really work, and use different tools. I help teams structure their workflows so their tools feel easier to use, and so they can get real value from AI. These days, most of my research focuses on AI-powered and agentic workflows, most recently with teams at Patreon and Temporal.
How I got here
I started out in chemical engineering. While working on engineering projects, I researched how engineers used a complex design platform, and I realized I loved understanding people as much as solving technical problems. That's what brought me to UX research.
Over the past 5+ years, I've studied how people work across different industries. I always start with the question, not the method: sometimes that means watching someone work, sometimes interviews, surveys, or a deep audit of a workspace. Then I turn what I learn into things teams actually keep using, like clearer structures, workflow maps, and systems people trust again.
Work and Outside work
Taking photos to keep the memories is how I slow down. It keeps me in the moment and reminds me how beautiful life can be, even with all its challenges.
My Optemization team
Notion Toronto Meetup
My first organized in-person meetup with CIBC UX Researchers as an IxDF Toronto leader
Our second in-person meetup with eBay, together with fellow IxDF Toronto Leaders
A couple of months ago, I started learning French, and I've made great progress so far. I hope to speak it comfortably by next year, or sooner. French will be my third language. What keeps me going is the same curiosity behind my research. At work, I learn about people and the goals of the businesses they work in. Through languages, I get to learn about people with different cultures.

The fastest way to reach me is LinkedIn. Send a note about what you are working on and what is not working about it — that is usually enough for me to tell you whether I can help.
